In WordPress I found some words that were confusing to me . I have defined them here for me.
Slug is individual title. Slug of WordPress URL is a special string of characters that represents each post in a URL-friendly way. The slug that WordPress will auto-generate for your post will look like  ’50-useful-wordpress-widgets’.
Slugs are basically the nice name for a post that are used in the urls.  The bunch of slug is called slugs. Slugs are things that are used in urls to make it search engine freindly. example : http://nisha.in/big-list-of-hill-stations-in-india-for-summer-holidays ‘big-list-of-hill-stations-in-india-for-summer-holidays‘ is slug. Slugs are the unique portion of the permalink. To get the slug you would doÂ
echo get_queried_object()->slug;for WordPress 3.1.

Widgets is like a plugin, but designed to provide a simple way to arrange the various elements of your sidebar content (known as “widgets”) without having to change any code. Plugins can extend WordPress to do almost anything you can imagine. In the directory you can find, download, rate, and comment on all the best plugins the WordPress community has to offer.
Framework is designed to speed up the process of designing and coding a WordPress theme by minimizing your time, and balancing your patience, on WordPress’ back-end code that is repeated within every theme.
Disabling a once -active plugin prevent it from functioning, but does not physically remove the plugin from your plugins from your plugins directory. You could have a thousand disabled plugins doing nothing except for taking up space in your plugin folder.
Uninstalling a plugin, you remove all files associated with it, and if possible also reverse any change that the plugin might have made to the database.
Page are commonly used for ‘static’ style content. Page cannot categorize or tag.They exist outside the chronological flow of posts, and they don’t appear in RSS feed like posts do. Theme template used to display pages is generally different then that used to display posts. For example It may lack the functionality to display things such as dates, auther name,and comments.
Post displaying categorization and other ‘meta’information about the post, as well as the functionality required for displaying the comment area and comment form
